Minute Fashion, we're happy to replace or refund items provided they are
returned complete, unused, and within seven days of receipt. The easiest
way to return goods is via your local post office, using the original packaging
that you received your goods in. Please note that you will not be entitled to a
refund if labels have been removed from clothing or if there are any signs of garments
being worn.
If you would
like to exchange your item for another style or size or for a full refund
please return it to the address below, ensuring that you enclose a copy or
your original invoice.
Once we receive your item, we
will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and 5% handling
fee). Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches
us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using
recorded delivery.
The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility. The parcel
can take up to 7 working days to be processed through our warehouse, once
it has been processed we will contact you to let you know that we have received
your item. You will then be refunded via the same means in which you paid
for your garment.
